We work with a wide range of technologies in Moldova, including JavaScript, PHP, Java, .NET, and Python. If the profile you’re looking for is very niche or uncommon locally, we’ll be upfront and let you know if it’s not available.
How quickly can you help me extend my team?
We have a wide network of highly-skilled, experienced professionals. Typically we can help you set up your extended team in Moldova with candidates who fit your company, enjoy what they do, and can jumpstart in 4-5 weeks, though the exact time frame will depend on the type and number of specialists you need.
What are the costs associated with setting up a team?
You’ll only need to cover the set-up cost per specialist. We take care of everything else they need to get started: office space, a desk, supplies, and support from our team.
What sort of administrative support do you provide for your partners?
Our HR team will make sure your developers feel comfortable coming to the office and will keep an eye on team well-being, letting us know if anything needs attention. Our accounting team will handle all administrative matters, including payroll, taxes, and social contributions. The office manager and system administrator will ensure that everything runs smoothly and your team has the right tools and setup. Additionally, our marketing team will organize team-building events to help strengthen connections within the team.
How do I communicate with my Extended Team?
You can plan short daily standups, weekly plannings, Scrum, and team meetings. Project management tools like Trello or Jira can help organize work and distribute tasks. Weekly planning and reviews based on those ticketing systems will give you information on how things are progressing, which tasks need more time to be completed, or which ones you can get rid of. Trello and Jira are also great places to document ideas and future functions. You can use various channels (chat or video) to communicate: Slack, Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, or Google Hangouts.
What if I’m not satisfied with the developers I hire with you?
It doesn’t happen often, but if you’re ever not fully satisfied with a team member from Moldova, please let your BackstageIT contact know right away. We’ll do our best to improve the collaboration. And if things still don’t work out, our recruiters will begin searching for a suitable replacement.
Can I bring my team on business trips to my headquarters?
This has been one of our core principles since we started BackstageIT. We believe that spending time together helps build a stronger connection between your in-house team and the extended team. It leads to better collaboration, stronger relationships, and a shared drive to grow your company and improve the way you work. That’s why we encourage our clients to visit their team in Moldova at least once a year and spend some time working side by side. It’s a great way to build trust.
How do you make sure my intellectual property stays secure?
Everything belongs to you. We take steps to protect your intellectual property and make sure it stays in your hands. All developers sign NDAs, and you’re welcome to use your own servers or systems. Our standard security measures include limited office access, antivirus protection, a strong password policy, and support from our system administrator. If needed, we can also add extra security based on your request.
